Once there, open “My Music” and then “iTunes Folder.” The file should in this folder. To find this file, go to “My Documents” folder. Take these files and place all of them into the iTunes music folder on your Mac. Copy all of these files onto a shared network folder or an external hard drive. On the PC, go to folder where your iTunes music folder is located. Now, close iTunes.Now, you will need to copy your files. Also, make note of where the iTunes music folder is located. Make sure that both “keep iTunes music folder organized” and “copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library” are checked. Then, click on the “advanced” icon and then the “general” icon. The press “OK.” Go back to the “advanced” tab and select “consolidate library.” All of these changes makes sure that all files are saved in the right locations to make the transfer process easy.Once you have started the consolidate process on your PC, open iTunes on your Mac. Be sure to check where the iTunes music folder is located.

Be sure that “keep iTunes music folder organized” and “copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library” both have check marks next to them. First, the files on the PC need to be consolidated.
